Most furniture has become boring and predictable. It blends in, does its job, and asks for nothing.

We started Aelo to change that. For us, an object isn’t just decor. It’s an experience you have every day. When you look at a piece, walk around it, run your hand across the surface, or sit down, it should surprise you. We take familiar archetypes and push them into forms and silhouettes that feel completely new, unexpected, and alive.

The work comes out of an architectural instinct: understand where the weight goes, and hollow out everything that doesn’t need to be there. Every piece starts in code and structural simulation, but it finishes on our studio bench. We spend days filling, fairing, and sanding by hand until the material flows into one seamless, continuous body. It is slow, deliberate work, which is why our runs are small.

Dimensions, colors, and finishes are adaptable for custom spaces.
